The HR 2.0 Conference was a two-day event held in Cairo, Egypt that brought together over 500 HR leaders and their teams to discuss the future of HR. Keynote speakers included Dave Ulrich and Lynda Gratton, who spoke about the importance of HR in driving business performance and preparing organizations for change. Participants learned about the need for HR to be a strategic partner, data-driven, and agile in adapting to rapid changes in the world of work. The conference also included breakout sessions on talent management, employee engagement, and organizational change, as well as a networking reception.
